So what is the difference between a padfolio and a portfolio? 

Padfolio: Padfolios resemble a book more than a briefcase and can be inserted into a business bag interior pocket. They do not have any handles but are thin and easy to carry under your arm or in your hand while you walk around the office. Padfolios can be A4 or A5 in size and usually only have enough room for a note pad, a pen and some business cards. Padfolios often have a tab and loop fastening or hidden magnetic closure (though some do not have a one at all). An electronic device, size between 11-13 inches, can sometimes be accommodated. 

Portfolio: Portfolios are slightly bigger than padfolios. They are often used like small briefcases and designed to be carried as such, with two handles often at the top that are retractable and some have detachable shoulder straps too. They come with a plethora of outside and inside pocket space for storing every business essentials such as pens, business cards and mobile phone. A portfolio will usually have a zipper and a pocket for a laptop or tablet measuring between 11-13 inches.

All SageBrown leather bags are made in their own atelier in Istanbul, Turkey. This exclusive workshop is a small family business who continue to pass down their craft to the next generation. All you need to do is choose your document folder design and colour, click on "Personalisation", insert your initials and select the embossing type. The price is added at the checkout. Please allow 5-7 working days for your product to be embossed. The location of the embossing varies according to the folder design which is advised online.
